Is it time for the government to refill the strategic reserve? It would seem that it would be better to buy now, instead of when they used to buy it in the 20+ per barrell range. That would soak up some of the excesses. Saddam Insane is going to lose., as we will strike the next time, WITH NO WARNING. Watch the planes.... --Bilberry
