VERY strange comments in their text. In summary, they indicated (quite a few times), that Integrion was having significant problems, and inferred that it was essentially dissolving. HOWEVER, the analyst thought that this was somehow a VERY positive thing for CKFR, It would be a very good news if it dissolved. In Integrion/CKFR relations Integrion had only rights and no obligations, CKFR had only obligations and no rights. Banks could do pilots with MSFDC, CKFR wasn't even allowed to attract new customers with fair price. Banks wouldn't start paying money to CKFR until the number of subscribers reaches a certain amount, as if those "poor" bustards couldn't afford their own pilots.That was one of the reason of slow down in earnings and stock crash in August. Integrion had no power and, most probably, no means to do anything useful to push EBPP. With its death, I hope it's not just gossips, CF has its hands free. King (Integrion) has died, long live king (CKFR).
