janice what do you not understand dear? andy mann say stock was paid for, court find he, himself, stamped "paid" on prommisory notes. court rule in favor of aznt. SECOND ATTEMPT: andy mann states he purchased the stock with neck & back stock, he did not & could not. you can not buy reg s stock with other stock. besides aznt financials were not up to date so there could be no reg s placement regardless. andy mann also state stock was valued @ $6, neck & back high was $.25. court rule in favor of aznt. THIRD ATTEMPT; andy mann now says he paid for stock with time he got aznt on home shopping network. problem is janice dear aznt was never on HSN. court rule in favor of aznt. andy mann try to bring this to state court but federal court takes precedence over state court. the stock was stolen by andy mann dear. aznt then won restraining order & injunction. now the stock must be returned immediately to the court. yet dtc will not lift freeze so injunction must extend to dtc to get stock returned to court. that is where we stand dear. all your garbage is that, garbage. where is jihad dear? do you still get this nonsense from bruce judd? back to lurking dear. spider
