W.G. No doubt that tax loss selling could be influencing the market price . On the other hand it is as you say selling below $1 which now puts it in the "penny" category. Not historically the type of stock hit by tax loss sellers.

What though would be some thoughts if it came about that the $250,000 infusion were not so recent but just recently released? What if all of the announced "distributorships" have to date not produced $1 of revenue? What if the "letter of intent" turns out to be just a proposal by ALYA to Motorola? What if months go by without another audited financial statement coming forth? Worst of all what if the ALYA "open technology" turns out to be a duplicate of the Sony "Beta" video technology - a superior but languishing idea?

If however it turns out that all of these" unnecessary" analytical questions turn out to be answered positively then your actions will surely reap handsome and well deserved profits for you and other holders of ALYA stock.
