Mark you're doing better, only a couple of "stupids, a few "whiners", and a hole bunch of "buddies" in your last few posts, my congrats.
I would however like to make a few things clear since you feel compelled to make the above characterizations repeatedly. I am not whining about losing money in this stock. I agree with you, I walked in with both eyes open, found out what I could, and with 20 years investing experience bought Ftel shares. Nor am I whining about money I'm currently losing, if I can paraphrase Mr. Bogart in the "African Oueen", Oh I'm not worried I gave up this investment for dead long ago.
What's bothered me, and continues to bother, me particularly in light of this years price action, is the absolute viciousness and derision with which any negative opinion about Ftel is greeted, when voiced on this thread. People have given this stock to babies as a present, they've given it as wedding gifts in lieu of help with the mortgage, I Know numbers of people who have spent money they could ill afford, to purchase shares as the price continued down, in hopes of that
" Miracle" Detroit Denny often refers to. I feel now and I felt then that the people on this thread who held this company up as an answer to prayer and themselves as experts, had then, and have now, a resposibility to advise people to act with care, and invite and encourage responible debate. Instead anyone with a discouraging word or question deemed somehow negative was called names, and told to go elsewhere. You sir are perpetuating that wonderful tradition in grand style. Were I a different person I would have to wonder whether you and Elk share an IQ, I might even suggest you both behave like Neandrathal's who've broken their favorite club, when confronted or questioned. However I don't talk that way.
Anyway, after being referred to as a whiner in several of your posts, and since we've been sharing this rare and rewarding communication, I felt it may be important to clarify my position. As I said before and I'll say again, if you're new to this stock, new to this thread, you might consider availing yourself of the massive amount of historical discussion available--and a price chart, before you decide whether or not to buy; whatever you choose good luck.
As for you Mr Garner, I ask again, will you be here on Dec. 25th ready to stand by your strongly stated prediction of last month?
