QUICK FACTS:

Microforum provides a "plug in" e-commerce solution and the professional
services of an integrated group of marketing and communications
companies. Basically, this is one-stop shopping for a firm's marketing and
communications needs and gives ordinary companies an affordable
e-commerce entry point. Bringing more credibility to this deal is that
Microforum's client list already includes a number of Fortune 500
customers.

Microforum is a far different company than it was 18 months ago. Before its
transformation, MCF had a number of disparate revenue streams without a
clear vision of where the company should be heading. Turnaround
specialist, Rick Winston, was hired as President and CEO to restructure
this $30-million company into one poised for a breakout. His initial task
was identifying that MCF would benefit by capitalizing upon its Internet
Frontier (iFront) division.

Internet Frontier's Electronic Commerce Suite of applications (ECS), a
complete store environment, works on the Windows NT platform. This
facilitates an e-commerce solution for most companies trying to exploit the
favorable Internet shopping climate. All a company has to do is plug in the
ECS into their existing computer then add their own graphics, product
information, prices, and so on. Within 90-120 days, a firm could have a
functioning on-line store offering up to 30,000 products. Statistics show that
a company attempting to reproduce their own online system might spend up
to $2 million and take 2 years to accomplish this feat.

iFront is a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider and says it will be
working with the Microsoft sales team to sell their e-commerce system.
Now, the question arises: How will this "market niche" be cross-marketed
and position the MCF for the breakout stage?

TOMORROW -- Part 2 of this Special Report: How Microforum is
developing into a "end to end" marketing, e-commerce, and communication
company.
