I had a quick look at this company and note:

1- there is a negative shareholder equity (minus $1.8mm USD)
2- the $5mm USD loan that was called and repaid has not been resolved yet with the major shareholder
3- the current market cap is over $24mm CDN or $16mm USD and it is difficult to put a value on the Company's technology. While the trend in sales and costs are improving, it is early to project over the next few years and discount back potential earnings. What does your valuation model look like for this one?

Do you know how the Company plans to resolve the crying need for capital, ie. further injection by Abrar Group Int'l?

What do you know about Abrar Group Int'l?

Why was a Montreal shell used instead of an American one?

Who are the Company's main competitors either in the same technology niche or in other technologies?

Lack of capital appears to be the main negative right now, at least in my view.
