Allen,
I am glad that finally someone is arguing based on Numbers. you know what? You are perfectly correct. In fact, i knew that 2.7M was the max which was in Q4 1997 (from M. Coley's table). I just was waiting for someone to point out this ;-). It looks like you understand IOM much better than others and i even think it was a smart move on your part to sell out IOM in the past rally of closer to $10 and buy later at cheaper price.

I just had to post some and create some doubts when the hype here does not justify the judgement of WallSt ;-). I also expect IOM to report a decent unit growth from last year's 2.7Mil units/Qtr. But still i am not totally convinced that this much acceleration is enough to convince the WallSt. I think if IOM can consistantly prove that the Zip unit sales are more than twice the unit growth of PCs, WallSt might re-think about IOM. Still it is a long way to go .... :-<

OK. Enough for now. back to my lurking mode ;-)

Enjoy
