Yes, "finally granted" not newly announced: an important distinction. Re: Taking the project to production. I'm surprised too, and relieved to see such a positive step forward. If the big boys won't come and play in the sandbox, then it's time to start building your own castles! If the price of copper were a tad higher, they could do the same thing at Int. Curator and launch that asset into play!
