My take on the release is that it is sketchy and should not have been released in its current form if at all.

1. Who is Northwest Analytical, Inc. and what are their qualifications and credentials?
2. Was this the only batch run?
3. Was this the only batch to test positive?
4. What hole was the test from?
5. What depth was the test from, or was it from a mixture of depths?
6. Is this procedure industry standard or is it black box?
7. What are the problems with wet chemical procedures that prevent certification?
8. Do these problems also raise the possibility of false positives (ala Ledoux)?
9. Why release any results that are not certified and not verified by a second lab (processor) that is willing to have their name published?
10. Why use statements in the third paragraph like "encouraging", "similar", and "tend" when these do not mean anything?
11. Why would we pay scarce dollars to a firm (the second one in paragraph 3) to set up the pilot plant when we state in paragraph two that we will not be proceeding with Northwest until the process is effective and repeatable?

Management should wait until they have something that would be credible to someone to make a press release.

Instead, where is a recap of the official company status with JL? Have we quit using their services as is implied on this thread? What tests were performed, what money was spent, what results were produced, and what is management's basis for continuing or not? We are a mineral exploration / mining company. Where is a mineral exploration / mining analysis?

I want management to show me what qualitative and quantitative analysis went (or is going into) JL so that I will know they are qualified the judge the next process. One vague uncertified test is not that.

If anyone has any facts to fill out this release I think everyone on the thread would like them. I will attempt to find them out and post them also. We are not against management. The "facts" that would put this release in perspective are certainly available. Why are they left out?
