It's all how you look at it. LoD: Not really it is all how you look at it. We got a bit of trouble in the manufacturing sector which is more than compensated by other sectors.Add to it low inflation and a tight skilled labor market resulting in a moderate growth rate for the U.S economy,not bad if you ask me. Here is an excerpt from the link you posted. "''We're seeing an economy that is running on two tracks,'' said Lynn Reaser, an economist with NationsBank Corp. in Jacksonville, Fla. ''The manufacturing sector continues to attract trouble but so far there's no sign of widespread spillover to the rest of the economy,'' she said."
