To All, Gee, those guys who sold in the money puts on Intel to buy calls are hurtin' puppies today. <G> Just a bit of a warning boys. When they come to repo the Yugos, don't fight them. The law is on their side, and just as in investing, if you fight the law, the law wins.

Actually, I would feel pity for them if they had really done such a stupid strategy. Selling in the money puts is much too risky for the minimal return you can get. Buying the calls can be a great strategy if you are right and you know how to manage your risk money, but selling in the money puts to finance them is a mug's game. You have to be dumber than a red brick fence to try it.
