Christian, re. BFLY, I don't expect a warrant call to be announced for a while. If the co. is smart, they realize that they must register the shares, and this takes a couple of months. They would file an S-3, and wait for the SEC to deem it effective. This takes time.

Unless of course they registered the shares already and I'm not aware of it.

Or unless they are dumb and announce their intention before they have registered the shares, which is what GTAX did. It really killed their stock price.
