The important thing is to be on the correct side of the move! I sure try to be. I started buying MINT a few weeks ago, expecting some sort of news that would drive it up. It made sense, since they were already an isp with the ability to something like this. It's not easy when you are the only buyer, but that is how I play the micro-float ones. I think you will do well with APII if you start by buying small, everyday, then wait for the move. I like GLGC also. Whoever brought it to the thread, thanx.
