Robert, from my understanding, it means that you will get one 'thehealthchannel' share to replace every Biologix share that you hold. A leveraged buyout usually means using the assets of the company being bought as the means for payment. It mentions stock & cash .... but I cannot believe that they have much cash (no earnings) and I am 99.9999999999999% certain that the only people who may get some are the board members .... who I presume are the same for both companies as one is a sub of the other. Check the previous press releases for the company - if one was unkind it could be suggested that they only issue the releases and perform these internal gymnastics to boost the stock price ... whilst the board members sell perhaps ???. I think someone once called this company a scam ..... and I rebuked them. I am no longer a shareholder. Good luck Stephen
