Sure, Martman, but i believe the major reasoning is for a new product line they know will enhance their sales, especially with the new agreements of the past year. Eskimo Pie has well known products that will sell well. YF has broadened their markets with the agreements with the airlines and the movie theatres. This is a win/win for both companies.
