The way I see DSSI in the coming Year.
GOOD TITTLE for a novel.

TSEMF is about to unvale its micro chip. and since the hi tech market s starting to go into a bull market. its is best of timing.
End 99 dssi can divest itself of tsemf with no Israeli tax liability.
I forsee TSEMF getting into high teen low twenties.
When they get into low twenties. tsemf will get a secondry ipo to finance its fab. propelling its stock to new high.
Some time in there. dssi will divest of tsemf most share will go to stock holder. rest to internal finance .

They will get enough money to take comverge to the next step. Just as the utility is starting to undergo deregulation.
Comverge should be well valued then,...
dssi should be some where between 5 to 10X its present value.

Well lets see if this is fiction....
