If your analysis is correct, Greg, it would mean that the poison pill has effectively raised the price of takeover from approx. the present 8, to 16. This would mean that if anyone could accumulate enough shares at these low prices for a takeover, they would sill have to pay a minimum of 16 to acquire the company and we would all double our shares at takeover, meaning we would get 16 instead of 8. I wonder if this is the true motive behind the poison pill?
