Tony, I the press release to be supportive of all associated with MSN. Seems to me that the other party lost faith for whatever reason and tried to pull out of their support of MSNs bankruptcy plan and its facilitation BUT did so AFTER they signed on the dotted line. But what and where is the complication , and just what are we worried about ??Did I miss something..is the current lawsuit for the situation described in the release I just read..seems to cut and dries to me....Not hurt minority shareholders...Global reinforcement of MSN as a company....seems to imply that with all that was stated in the press release that MSN went out and used it to show that they are Fiercely Independant....Jurick raised all kinds of $$$$ MSN turned around They have negotiated global licenses for their products Hey face the facts....yes they have a good quality product line[s] They are competitive. BUT the above would not mean shit if it did not have the EMERSON name.....thats whats carrying them to the global deal tables. It is so obvious what is going on here Jurick really put the shit together once he got the funds to get on his feet and get MSN out of bankruptcy. Ever hear "just do it" ..he did it. And along the way they are majority owners in GYM ohhhhhhhhhhh I got to buy more..Tony I dont have to tell you what we have here everyone should just reflect on the past situation, where they have been and where they are,,,this is a great great story and very American...I love it..and to think my shares will be worth a fortune soon...
