Larry --- Nothing is missing--- but possibly direction has been found. This has nothing to do with software or technology. It has to do with basic business,,, not even 101--- high school. No one has ever said anything about the company or changes needed. Mention of things preferred but no heavy criticism. Shareholder equity, PR, just plain treating shareholders nicely all are taught in high school. Possibly they have forgotten where the money comes from or that shareholders expect to make a little as they make a ton.

Granted this is not a majority of shares but it should send Jj and the directors a message as this was started on a whim just hours ago. Just think what a week and some serious effort could do. What if the WSJ caught this and ran a story? What would a decent reporter have to write about with a tiny bit of research on the reasons shareholders are unhappy? We are not talking one disgrunteled holder or a few that bought high, or a sector or mkt collapse----- the statement is "you guys should be doing a hell of a lot more or different! If we are upset we will leave and who in the hell will come in?" This is not a revolt and no one is jumping up and down yelling--- it is a sane message that was needed at the last SH meeting!

I only hope they see what is going on here and get their head into the sunshine or a good company will suffer even more. It is time to take care of the small SHs instead of taking care of the large (and special) SHs and themselves.

The institutional holdings suck percentage wise. Excitement came from a lousey 175K purchased by a fund that could do a mil--- but will not for the same reasons we are writing today...
