"If you take a look, the price went from around $7 in the month ahead of earnings to less than $5 the day of the announcement. The market was pricing in earnings problems. Since the announcement, the stock has drifted lower to $4'ish. Poor reaction in my opinion."

Don't mean to bicker, but you would be for the most part incorrect. A few weeks before the earnings release, YF was trading in the 4.50 - 4.80 range. The day after the release, and the days following, YF traded consistently in the 5.10 - 5.40 range. Not indicative of a "poor reaction".

Why are we now in the $4 range? - tax loss selling, which should dry up soon, if not already.
