Did Mr. Kesonen make you sign some sort of over-the-phone non-disclosure agreement about "... the status of NTAH and its activities." that makes you unable to relate them to us in detail here and now? If not, did you invite Mr. Kesonen to share these details with all the shareholders in a no-nonsense, straight-from-the-shoulder Press Release, describing the good, the bad, and ugly for all to see? While somewhat reassuring that Mr. Kesonen does, indeed, return phone calls, clearly after beginning to sense the rising heat of a possible coup d'tat against him and his illicit regime, it nonetheless smacks purely of grandstanding in a desperate attempt to gain time for himself to purloin that which rightfully belongs to us, the shareholders. We should not, we must not, let him off so easily.
