Hi Colin,

The ongoing situation with the Zwebners has diverted the attention of the management far more than I care for. I find it totally interesting to see a post from his lawyer instead of Mr. Zwebner himself....oh well....

To state that we are manipulating numbers is amazing and to say that we are manipulating the stock price because it is low cracks me up. Whoa!!! Are we not above $3? Did we not just recently set a new 52 week high? I certainly don't see any manipulation to the upside with the current revenues and growth rate at record levels seeing that DCI has set new revenue records each of the last 2 quarters.

A billion dollar company just finished THEIR DUE DILIGENCE of DCI. After that, they decided to take a 13% stake in DCI. It isn't even plausible that they could have overlooked anything of the magnitude being referred to in this document.

Is this lawyer stating that DCI is juggling the books? Are the AUDITED numbers fraudulent? Is a large accounting firm willing to cook our books at a risk of losing their business? I think not.

The legal paper says that no shares were illegally sold or shorted.... will that hold true if the legends(lifted by a written opinion of THEIR attorney)are overturned by a court of law?

Has DCI been looking for institutional investors or takeover candidates? Duh....no kidding. Anyone that knows anything about this company knows that is the ultimate predetermined goal set by Joe over 2 years ago. Everyone also knows that this company will be sold on revenues per share, not the current price of the shares. I really resent the inference in point 28 that the company is trying to make the public think the company is financially healthy when it is not. All high growth companies need cash....fact of life in the small cap world. No mystery here and it's been talked and talked on these very boards. If there is anyone out there that thinks that LONG DISTANCE phone service is unprofitable, they don't need to be invested here.

We are in complete agreement about those not trusting the management of this company SHOULD already be gone and if they are not, need to be.

TTYL
