Archer,

I have been mulling over the transactions in the CYOE deal myself, and I come to the same conclusion you do.

The lease deal is legit, but I would put my bet on the lease as a con to raise CYOE capital, money I suspect the insiders would benefit from somehow personally. I suspect the other transactions between Crescent and CYOE have some interesting strings also. I would really like to see a history of the money trail from this purchase to CYOE...

For the shorts/future long shareholders sake, I hope they keep this thing halted so that the details can be scrutinized and thus no future longs have the potential of being hurt.

Good luck to all

Steve
