Good luck getting this resolved quickly, Sean! Of course we'll all be pulling for you. Seems like every assembly always encounters some problem. Let this be a consolation to all the 1st timers on this board who've had problems. Heck, if it can happen to someone with Sean's hardware experience, it can happen to anyone.
