A "shotgun house": the front door, the back door, and the interior doors (usually just one) all line up. So you can fire a shotgun from the front yard and hit something in the backyard. Cool, huh? Don't really remember any Cap'n Crunch commercials. I may have been a drug addled teenager at that time.
