What you say makes sense. Open Text is in for controlled growth. I've heard of some companies going out of business because they grew too fast, couldn't handle the customers and thus lost them. It looks as if Open Text wants to maintain the good name and reputation they have while continuing to grow. Thanks for shedding more light on the situation. I agree with you.

As far as buying and holding I don't see much difference if you buy at $7 or $8 or catch it even lower. If we are talking about OTEXF at $20 and we assume 1000 shares, buying at $8 still yields $12000 US. In my books that's a good deal.

By waiting one risks missing out on a quick rise in price, in fact, the price could rise quickly with no news out making it a more difficult decision to make.

I certainly hope good revenue news comes out - and fast.
