Dick,
All right, thats the attitude we shareholders need. I got this note from the Stockman Forum. I wrote to AOL and told them about NetOFF software to shut down the unattended system and let us get on.

ANGRY CUSTOMERS CALL AMERICA ONLINE "USELESS"
Headlines all across the country as AOL tries to cope with
the logjam of users tring to take advantage of it's $19.95
a-month flat rate. The problem is that so many users are going
online and staying online because of the attractiveness of the
flat rate.
CITADEL COMPUTER (NOFF NASDAQ BB) HAS THE ANSWER.
A one of a kind log off program by Citadel could easily be imbeded
in AOL servers to free up the system from unattended computers.
AOL ANNOUNCES A MILESTONE EIGHT MILLION MEMBERS. Trouble is, only
260,000 users can be connected at once. A 75 percent expansion is
underway and should take care of the capacity problem by summer. The
planned expansion will allow 455,000 users at one time. An increase
to five percent of members from a mere three percent currently, and
thats only if they don't gain any more members.
Lets all send them a e-mail from the AOL home page and tell them about
NetOFF. aol.com The Citadel program would
give immediate relief by disconnecting unused computers after a
pre-determined amount of time, say 20 minutes.
