Thanks for the interesting article. This type of investing is not for me. I'd never my money in a private company. I was thinking of buying a few Applix shares, just to get my feet wet. After Star Office stopped charging for its suite, what Applix is going to do?
I think the author is right, support will bring the bulk of the money.
