TM, good post. The asian crisis we have read about for so long is finally affecting companies in the US. Manufacturing lay offs in different sectors are a signal to not be ignored, although from what I learned yesterday, the labor market remains tight and I believe we are looking at a blip and not a longer term increase in unemployment. Already, sister companies are being affected by these lay offs, something to keep a close watch on. Europe is selling off today. Impeachment is hanging over the markets. Will traders and investors be holding over the weekend? Tough to call what will happen today. FORD's positive news is a good sign.
