tonto: If lawsuits were initiated (and won) because of name calling, and sarcastic comments... you know as well as I that probably everyone on SI could sue everyone else. (Actually, maybe I have something here..They could even change the name ..It could be called Sue-A-Con Investor) Ha! I think the result would be that it end up that the money would just change hands in a big circle ending back up where it started, with of course the lawyers taking a cut at each decision. I doubt that that is an issue that anyone should take seriously.
