The Wright Research Center site has information on some of the more obscure companies such as CPPKY.

I had not seen anything as detailed on CPPKY until this morning (someone referred to Wright on the CPPKY thread). Looking at it makes me wonder why CPPKY was ever recommended. CPPKY's EPS from 1991 through 1995 calendar year was bouncing around in the .16 to .24 range (HK$). EPS dropped to .03 in 1996, and -.38 in 1997. Last 12 months is -.37 (could't tell but looked like through 6-30) Profit margin numbers followed the exact pattern of the EPS.

For certain, CPPKY was a sell candidate long ago, even before the stock price fell out of bed. It certainly wasn't a stock to buy more of on dips as JD kept saying.

The Wright site may be useful on other ADRs
