If I say "ah that guys a xxxxxxx criminal", I could
just be calling him a name.
(In my mind..which is what I believe counts in court)
This is silly though, unless and until there is
someone that is willing to go on the record as an
attorney and "render an opinion", anything and
everything that is said here concerning any legal
issues is just "jailhouse lawyering".
You could also maybe make a case that the
discussion of what is going to happen or not happen
to spider and rico is just someone trying to
intimidate, threaten, bully, defame whatever..
We could go on and on about stuff like this..
I happen to think it's silly.
Non lawyers I believe can say things like..you
better be careful what you say...you could be sued,
but as far as making any kind of a legal statement
that one should place any legal weight on is highly
suspect.
(which btw, I guess even this post could be looked
at that way?)
Even if you were in a similar case and lost..that
is just your case.
I agree however that there is far too much of the
negative side of postings, I take it to the extreme
myself.
You see..to me saying that someone is nipping at
someones ankles..starting a moron thread, reposting
old posts & taking them out of context is really
no different than the words I use..that's why I use
them.
(which by the way, I believe I deserve an "A" for
creative use of the insult)
At least I am not afraid to show what I am
really doing, and what is really
being said.
No one seems to be able to see that.
(Except SI of course and they have (at least so
far) been willing to
take the belt to my @ss at a reduced count,burn my
arms with cigerettes with the regular size instead
of kingsize, and not use as much electrical current
on my gonads after I explain my position on
things.)
