PARS potential strategic partners?????

Would you care to comment on Ariella's analysis they types of companies who might partner for HU-211 ( specifically, Category 2, those with failed TBI trials and Category 3. those with a hole in their product line) and per her note Category 2 & 3 candiates may not be mutually exclusive.

Also who might meet these criteria?
