Perkins, I did not "sign" a non-disclosure. What he told me was that they are in the midst of completing their pilot project with "stripper gas wells" with a large company. He told me that they should have a deal in about 4 weeks. I told him I'd keep an eye on this and am very concerned over all the previous releases stating "a large major" when nothing has occurred. He stated that the directors have been continually investing out of their own pockets and are strongly committed to seeing this through. He stated with the drop in oil prices even stripper oil is not profitable but the gas market has held so their focusing on this. The focus is on selling and implementing the stripper technology to gas companies and insured me that the design enables it to work with both gas and oil. He commented on a deal and its size but I stated I would not disclose what he told me with respect to that. So, I figure that I'll give him another month to prove himself. He sounded committed and rather genuine but who really knows. Time will tell and given the amount of loss and time I figure a month cannot create a whole lot more damage. So, that's the nut of it.
