Of all the requirements to produce PGMs, what is most critical? It's having a sufficient source of the PGMs. That's Global's strength, they should optimize it. With all the precious metal property available to Global they can make all the mines they choose in the future to amuse themselves. However, they should wait until the stock is $30+, their primary objectives should be profit and shareholder value first.
