If this were to be a compound rating based on : (i) the impeachment delirium has a fair chance to succeed (ii) Japan in no better shape than it was 3 months ago (iii) lousy profits keep coming in (iv) the only fuel to the market is the interest rate and the liquidity searching for a home well I would give him right for the first time.
