Larry, I sense that J/L is an outfit without a client. They profess a product, but need someone to demonstrate their capability. Maybe the arrangement is a demonstration program at J/L's cost to prove their process? Who knows, maybe they will eventually fall into a placer deposit and show results. <VBG>
