Barry,

Here's my guess. Your broker probably subscribes to Bloomberg services. So, he gets the news first and can inform his clients. Then, the news will be released later for the people who view their data for free. I just looked at bloomberg.com and there is no release out yet. I sure would like to see it happen. We've been waiting for ANY news 'since forever'.
