Al: These delays, as you mentioned, do not bode well for our investments. It does not appear that we are a Company that is adept at closing deals. I guess when you have a promoter as a CEO, you should expect a comedy of errors. While Napier management stumbles and bumbles the shorts profit from frustrated investors. It appears we are at that point again. I renew my plea to recruit a chemical industry professional, with industry contacts, to run the company. Then our boy Brad will have more time to spend with Prime Spot and Magna over on the Vancouver Exchange. BTW we are in a lengthy basing pattern with support at $1.28 or so, and resistencce again at $1.85 or so very tradeable. Serious money can be made here, but only with fundamental momentum.
