I went back and checked my facts re the Netscape Collabra aquisition and need to correct myself; the value of the deal was in the
range of $160 million. However Collabra was a) privately held, b) had no document management capabilities and c) had no workflow capabilities. My attempt to make a connection between valuation of Callabra vs OTEXF was therefore erroneous. The similarity in the market segment they are trying to exploit is, I believe, valid.
