Dear John: I dont think many of us are upset with the way the company is being run OPERATIONALLY. I think, if I read it right, we are upset with managements apparent inability to also concentrate on increasing shareholder value. It is quite possible for a company to be very successful and yet shareholder's NOT share in that success. TAVA, at this time, would seem to fall in that mold. We have heard of no plan to attempt to reduce the number of shares outstanding in the future, in fact they are likely to increase. That is just one example of how shareholder value is hurt. Of course, the basic complaint I believe is that the company is not following a better plan of Public Relations. For instance, what is going on with that proposed acquisition which we were told may close on Nov. 30th?? Its now December 11, and not a peep about it. I sure hope that with this depressed stock price level the deal is still ACCRETIVE immediately. JDN
