Morning Larry: I did not know that a decision had been made on the distribution of the INF shares had been made already. CBS is down this morning and if it continues theymay be forced to act sooner rather than later. Except that a deal for a merger of the TV side does not happen first. Patrice: I know no shares of INF - it is sad. ML wanted my account and they said that the could get me under a thousand shares. ML cost too much in commissions and I try to stick to blocks of 1000 shares minimum. However I belive that the distribution will take place as the price of CBS did not react as expected. John
