Doubtful, yamana's santa cruz discoveries are not the type that Barrick is interested in. ARP has a big gold discovery strategically located a stone's throw from Barrick's Pascua development project.
Yamana has a small silver (mostly) play that must hold it's own on a stand alone basis (i.e. no mine next door).
