Did Morgan Stanley cut other semi equips or semiconductors too? I noticed in thestreet.com today that Herb Greenberg reports that in the last couple of weeks supply of chips is up and prices are down. He quotes various people as saying that the stock price rise seems to discount a disappearance of oversupply that has in fact not materialized.
