SB - actually it's about political entrapment - however pious the assertions are to the contrary. Of course, if a man was simon pure he wouldn't be trapped - but my feeling is that the public see it for what it is and show a great deal of maturity on this issue. The votes on the committee on strict party lines only re-inforce the public's perceptions. Too many pots calling too many kettles black. You can fool people part of the time, etc., etc.,. The Procecutor didn't get the goods on him on the essential part of the enquiry - the Paula Jones case was a gift from heaven (or hell depending on your outlook) - but you don't have to turn over too many stones there to see that there was a lot of right wing backing for Paula who was encouraged to file the day before the time prescription ran out, and her case was financed by Clinton's enemies. So much of this is transparent, and apparent. E
