Brad, Perhaps you have talked to more or different people and have a different gut feel at this time. I haven't spoken to anyone at the company for months. Also have not had any new discussions re Naxos with other investors for awhile. My frustration and suspicion of J/L goes back to the ethical issues I mentioned earlier. Whenever another shareholder would tell me the latest hot rumour about J/L getting great numbers I would try to trace it back to its origins. Without fail it would always find its way back to one individual associated with J/L. Coupled with the conflict of interet question this made me very concerned about manipulation. Add in their complete failure to come up with a consistent, verifiable process and their now stop politicing to get a huge pay day before they have proven anything and I have become extremely suspicious of them. Basically I wouldn't believe them if they told me water was wet. I am probably a bit more patient with the current management than you are but I have no solid reason for being so. I can understand your impatience with a lack of answers. Henry
