Today we got disconnected from the tick servers (the NO TS red window) 6 times between 8 am and 10 am. How nice. After 45 minutes on hold with tech suppot I gave up. Now they make you listen to a long message apologizing for the wait times before you can even make a menu choice, kind of like "we are so very sorry these wait times are long that we will no make them longer"

Also at 10:50 the L2 disconnected for 3 minutes and is now filled with old/bad data. They still dont believe that happens, not even when I was on the phone with tech support again the other day and the tech person saw the bad data with bid entries well above the actual bid and times over 9 minutes old.

Anyone who wants to subscribe to this service should realize what they are getting into.

They dont answer email anymore either, not for 3 weeks.

NOw at 11:13 they disconnect us completely, NO PSWD NO DATA, and forcing a recconect doesnt work either. I can ping their servers with no packet loss and 128ms avg ping time over 100 pings. I wish we could know what is going on. Perhaps an email? Or a phone message that meant something?
