Check and All -

I've been trying to be careful, just because of the volatile situation. My interpretation, as it's been explained to me, falls along the lines that there is an excellent chance of the water in the stream to be coming from damaged casing.

It's also my understanding that if the water is coming from the actual reservoir, it wouldn't be surprising news. Nor is it the end of the play by any means. This structure is massive, as interpreted off of the 2-D seismic, and the boys think they have a world class discovery.

I also think there is a lot of unsubstantiated rumours flying about. The well is 'watered out compeletely.' Fact is, as of yesterday, that geyser was still shooting 200+ feet into the air, still containing hydrocarbons plus water - enough to put the flame out.

The diverter should be on over the weekend and perhaps we'll be separating the hydrocarbons and water, and flaring the gas off. I would expect a pretty comprehensive understanding of the flow rates to be understood.

Our website is up today, and there is research reports on all the developments, etc. I would highly recommend reading the report on December 9 by Research Capital. Very intelligent.

I am going back to the site next Saturday the 19th. I'll get some pics of what is going on down there.
