i do not post here often but many of you know my position in dctc. i only say this to you after reading this wonderful post here by george. intense diligence is being done on zwebner. investors must perform diligence in these stocks as you all know. the lgcy thread was way to bring some of these issues to light. of course as many of you know zwebner was never "bashed", it was a NO BASH thread! lololol ! regardless this due diligence was very close to home for zwebner imo & this diligence continues. read this silly 'motion', in it he even states he does not go through sheriff to "save costs". lawyers have this silly post and will address it properly. shareholders must not be intimidated by these scare tactics . as you know lgcy faces delisting & many questionable things transpire at the moment that are relevant to dctc shareholders. so i return to lurking but assure all this silly post is being addressed by solid legal minds. it was big mistake imo for zwebner to post such nonsense. spider
